No, we bring all our cleaning supplies with us. However, if you have preferences in regards to specific cleaning products you do / do not want us to use, feel free to let us know. We will work with you to meet your needs.
We can completely customize a cleaning plan, based on your needs and schedule. Whether once or twice a week, once a month, or every day / evening, we are flexible and can work with you. We also offer special event, move-in and move-out, and laundry services. We do not lock you into cleaning contracts, so you can change / update the plan as you see fit.
We offer very affordable and reasonable prices, however due to cleaning needs and size of homes, we ask you to contact us for a free quote.
We are pet friendly, however if your pet is aggressive in any way, we ask you inform us of this. We recommend in these situations that you keep them in a secured gated area, cage, or in a room we are not cleaning.
Yes, you do not have to leave. We leave that choice fully up to our clients.
We pride ourselves on honesty and integrity. If we accidentally break or damage something, we will notify you and do our best to replace or repair the item. We are fully insured, so claims can be filed if necessary.
Payments are due before or on the day of your scheduled service. You can pay by check, cash, or credit card.
